THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF DISCOVER!

These are the details you need to know about the day. 

1. MC should arrive at 11:00am . Judges should arrive at 11:15 am. The Live Event will kick off at 11:45 am with judges already on stage.  

2. DISCOVER takes place at Westpoint Blacktown Level 1 ( Centre Court, next to Soul Origin Cafe).

4. Upon arrival meet at our Judges Green Room (Please see point “1” in the site map below).   

5. The Event will be split into 2 Rounds. Judging will be divided by age categories: Kids (5-12), Teens (13-19), Adults (20+)  

6. There will be one 30 minute breaks between teens and adults. Refreshments and drinks will be provided. Please let us know in advance if you have any special food requirements. These breaks will likely occur between 3:10pm to 3:40pm (schedule permitting).  

7. Attire: Dress for success! 😉 

8. We will be shooting video and photos for social media and marketing purposes throughout the day. You may also be asked a couple of questions as part of the “interview with judges”.  

9. During the competition, you will be asked to provide feedback to some of the live competitors.  

OTHER NOTES: 

PARKING & TRANSPORT:  

• Parking is free for Judges at Westpoint Shopping Centre. Upon arrival, please give your parking ticket to our coordinator and we will validate it for you. 
• Westpoint Shopping Centre is only 100 meters away from Blacktown Station if you are planing on using public transport.  

WHAT TO BRING: 

• We will provide refreshments throughout the day, as well as breaks between sets and a green room to relax.
